The Pakistan's government under Prime Minister Imran Khan has undertook efforts to promote tourism have started to yield results as Traveler by Conde Nast, one of the world's best travel portals, has listed Pakistan as one of the top tourist destinations for 2020.

Highlighting the adventure tourism potential in the country, the magazine outlined : "Pakistan has more peaks taller than 22,965ft than China and Nepal combined, making it an almost magnetic spot for adventure travelers and intrepid hikers."

The magazine also mentioned the recent visit of Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the measures taken by the government including relaxing the visa restrictions to allow the tourist to visit the country with ease.

Fairy Meadows:

Fairy Meadows, named by German climbers and locally known as Jaugth, is a grassland near one of the base camp sites of the Nanga Parbat, located in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.

Deosai National Park:

The Deosai National Park is a high-altitude alpine plain and national park in the Northern Pakistan region of Gilgit Baltistan. Deosai Plains are situated at an average elevation of 4,114 metres above sea level and considered as the second highest plateaus in the world.

Katpana Desert

The Cold Desert, also known as the Katpana Desert or Biama Nakpo, is a high-altitude desert located near Skardu, northern Gilgit-Baltistan. The desert contains expanses of large sand dunes that are sometimes covered in snow during winter.

Hunza Valley:
Hunza is a mountainous valley in the autonomous Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. Hunza is situated in the northern part of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, bordering with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the west and the Xinjiang region of China to the north-east. The Hunza valley is situated at an elevation of 2,438 meters.

Skardu Valley:

The Skardu Valley is located in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The valley is about 10 km wide and 40 km long. It is at the confluence of the Shigar River and Indus River. It surrounded by the large Karakoram Range.

Astore Valley

Astore Valley is located in Astore District in the Pakistani region of Gilgit-Baltistan. The valley is covered by snow in winter.

Neelam Valley

Neelum District, is the northernmost district of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. Taking up the larger part of the Neelam Valley, the district has a population of 191,000.
